Delay Obedience

"And the word of the Lord came unto Jonah the second time, saying, Arise, go unto Nineveh, that great city, and preach unto it the preaching that I bid thee. So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the word of the Lord..." (Jonah 3:1-3).

When God tells you to do something, do you immediately act on His Word? Delayed obedience is disobedience. Be quick to obey Him.

My prayer is that we will quick obey the voice of the Lord. I am reminded of Abraham when he responded and obeyed the voice of the Lord the first time he asked for his son. Because he was obedient he inherited a lot more. My prayer is that we will walk in obedience to the Lord in every aspect of our life. For we know that disobedience is a sign of withcraft.; ▶ Reply to This
